Refund / Returns / Exchanges

 

  • Refunds can be requested if we have made a mistake on our part or if a product is damaged (not from being in-transit.)
  • We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after 7 days.

 

  • Exchanges can be requested if we have made a mistake with your order. We will cover all the costs of shipping for this matter to rectify the order.
  • Exchanges or returns can be requested if you are unsatisfied with your product, in this case, it is up to the customer to cover the costs of shipping for the exchange/return.

 

  • Due to our products being hand made and made from soy wax, they might have slight imperfections such as small air bubbles, frosting, variations in colour - this will not qualify for a refund.
  • Our dimensions of our candles are stated under all of our product descriptions. Sizing will not qualify for a refund.
